Coach Raphael Gray Jr., a native of Maryland, developed a deep passion for basketball early in life. Despite an ACL injury in 2008 that threatened his career, he persevered, earning a scholarship to Liberty University where he continued to play basketball. Post-college, Coach Gray stayed engaged with the sport through coaching and officiating. A transformative experience in 2017 prompted him to reassess his life and dedicate himself to empowering youth through basketball, guided by his faith.
